Hitek Ovens are available in two models: -

Deck Ovens
Rotary Rack Ovens.

Our Ovens offer the following distinctive advantages over Conventional Ovens

Unique and compact design of the heat exchanger; results in lesser floor space requirements, low fuel consumption and hence huge savings.
Available with Gas / Fuel Burners.
Result in continuous and uninterrupted production.
Baking Premises remain very clean since there is no smoke or ash unlike firewood oven.
Due to re-circulation of hot air and use of very efficient imported burner, cost of fuel is much lower than that of firewood or electric oven.
Uniform Air Circulation and Even quality of baking is ensured all round the deck/rack due to:

Exclusive design of the heat exchanger
More than one fan inside the baking area (Deck oven - One individual fan per deck; Rotary Oven - Four/more fans around the rack.)
